Rev. Wayne Reid
The Rev. Wayne Reid hails from Mandeville, Manchester, Jamaica. He was ordained as Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church in Canada in 2012. Prior to that, he served for several years as an ordained Minister of the Moravian Church in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands.
Rev. Reid received his theological education at the University of the West Indies and the United Theological College of the West Indies in Jamaica. Wayne also studied at the Vancouver School of Theology and the Haggai Institute (School of Evangelism) in Hawaii.
He became a Minister after experiencing an unrelenting sense that God was calling him to the Ministry. Rev. Reid has done extensive work in mission and evangelism and is considered to be a gifted preacher by his peers. He served as Minister at the Knox Presbyterian Church in Red Deer, Alberta and St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church in Oshawa, Ontario.
His mission is to always proclaim the loving, transforming and redeeming message of hope to all God’s people. He is married to wife Dawn, and they are the proud parents of two daughters, Kemorine and Maya.
Diane Cini, Secretary
Diane is our Administrative Assistant. She keeps busy by singing with the Jubilaires and the Bonnacords. Diane lives in Peterborough and has two adult children and 2 grandsons who keep her active. She enjoys reading, quilting and baking.
Audrey Downs, Custodian
Audrey does the task of keeping our building clean as she would anything she does for Christ’s Church. The building is spotless. We won’t invite you to eat off our floors, but we could!
Audrey is the mother of two adult children, Michael and Peter.
